How to download your files from Etsy

Your files are ready as soon as Etsy confirms your payment, usually right away. Here is where to find them.

1. Sign in to Etsy

   Use the same Etsy account you bought with. Downloading works best in a web browser on a computer, but a phone browser works too.

2. Open Purchases

   Open your account menu and choose Purchases (Purchases and reviews).

3. Click Download files

   Find the AnalystBuilt order and click Download files.

4. Download both files

   START-HERE.pdf: the link to your Google Sheets copy and a quick guide. …-excel.zip: the Excel version. Bundles have one PDF with a button for each spreadsheet and one .zip with a folder per template.

Where do the files go?

On a computer they land in your Downloads folder. On a phone or tablet, look in your Downloads or Files app. If you plan to use Google Sheets, all you need is START-HERE.pdf; you can keep the .zip for later.

Something missing?

• No Download files button: the payment may still be processing. Check again in a few minutes.
• Can't find the order: make sure you are signed in to the account you bought with.
• In the Etsy app: if you don't see the files, open Etsy in your browser, sign in and follow the steps above.
